I've helped hundreds of parents just like you, including myself!


I’m a certified gentle baby sleep consultant and integrative nutrition coach with a background in psychology and counselling.


But let me tell you upfront what I’m not:


I don't use any separation or non-responsive methods.

I don't do things like other sleep consultants.

I don’t do traditional sleep training.


As a mama who’s been through it all, I do things differently. Specifically, I give mums options and flexible solutions rooted in a gentle, holistic and responsive methodology.


Let me tell you; I struggled to enjoy new motherhood.


I was so sleep-deprived, overwhelmed and under-equipped. (Why don't they give you a sleep manual when you leave the hospital?!)


I knew that the only way I could truly enjoy motherhood and parent the way I desired was for my little one and me to sleep well.


But I felt like it was never going to get better! Honestly, I didn’t know how much longer I could cope with so little sleep.


So, I decided to take matters into my own hands through research, trial and error, and becoming a certified baby sleep consultant.


I saved my sleep and my sanity, and I have since coached hundreds of tired mums and dads to find sleep in a way that works for their families.
